- Ammon McMakin · 2026-05-19

We’re truly grateful you chose DogWatch, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Wishing you all the best with your move south, and thank you again for all these years of support!

- Tammy Young · 2026-04-14

Dogwatch

(2026-04-14): Hi Tammy, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for the issues you experienced after the sale. We aim to provide reliable products and consistent service, and will review your situation to see how we can improve our processes. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact our customer service team at 800-793-3436 Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST or send us an email at info@dogwatch.com. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

- Dee Hawkes · 2026-04-09

(2026-04-10): Hi Dee,

Thank you so much for your wonderful review – it really means a lot to us! 😊

We’re delighted to hear that your system is still going strong after all these years and continuing to keep your dogs safe and secure. That long-term reliability is exactly what we aim for, so it’s fantastic to hear your experience reflects that.

You’re absolutely right – while it’s an investment, the peace of mind it brings is priceless. Knowing your dogs are safe at home makes all the difference.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything in the future.

Best wishes,
The DogFence Team 🐾

- Tyler Jones · 2026-04-05

- Tim Wilkinson · 2026-04-02

(2026-04-09): Hi Tim,

Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting DogFence for the past 10 years – that really means a lot to us.

We’re especially pleased to hear it’s working so well on your large rural property. Situations like yours, where there are strong distractions like wildlife, are exactly where a reliable system makes all the difference.

It’s great to know you feel confident your dogs are safe and secure, and we really appreciate your recommendation.

If you ever need anything at all, we’re always here to help.

Best wishes,
The DogFence Team
