(2026-08-04): Thank you so much for your 5-star review and for your patience throughout the process! We're glad we were able to quickly arrange a replacement head for you and that everything was resolved to your satisfaction.

In this case, the incorrect head was unfortunately sent by the warehouse during fulfillment, which is a rare occurrence. We worked directly with the manufacturer to have the correct replacement shipped to you as quickly as possible at no cost.

We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words about our support team. Thank you again for choosing DollPimp, and we hope you enjoy your companion for many years to come!

- MARIO AYALA · 2026-02-10 ·

(2026-02-14): Hello Mario,

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially since we were actively communicating with you and attempting to investigate your concerns before this was posted.

For clarity to anyone reading:

• We are not a manufacturer. We are a store.
• Your order included the S-TPE upgrade, and we have the factory invoice confirming the S-TPE material charge.
• We also contacted the manufacturer directly, and they reconfirmed that the body was produced using S-TPE.
• You compared the material to an older purchase from a different brand and store. Different manufacturers use different proprietary blends, so softness can vary between brands. A difference in feel compared to another brand does not indicate that the wrong material was used.

After that was confirmed, you later claimed defects/imperfections on the body. We did not find any from the photos you provided so we did the following:

• We forwarded your photos to the factory for assessment.
• Their response was that the images were too unclear/blurry to properly evaluate.
• We requested clearer photos from you in order to investigate further.
• We did not receive any follow-up images or response from you after that request.

We take product concerns seriously and follow a structured review process for any reported issue. We remain willing to review clear documentation if you choose to provide it.

Our goal has always been transparency and fair resolution based on verifiable information.

(2026-02-06): Thanks so much for the wonderful and considerate review! We really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write about your experience with us.

We're happy our customer service representatives were quick to assist you during your order. As a U.S. based company we pride ourselves on quicker handling time, clearer communication, and gaining trust with our clients.

Thanks as well for letting us know about your bank issue. We understand those happen sometimes and are more than willing to help our clients through those obstacles.

Again, thank you for supporting and believing in DollPimp. We hope to serve you again soon!
