They are lightweight and the gold is brassy , they look tarnished. > 商家回复 (2026-09-16): Hello T. Burden, I am sorry to hear about your feedback. Their products are high quality and their wholesale pricing can’t be beat, even for home crafters like myself. Although my shipments are coming direct from China, their processing is so quick, the shipments barely take longer than ordering from a US-based online store. A couple of times, they have been out of an item when fulfilling my order, but their communication via email and website is some of the best I have experienced. They are great about keeping me informed, while providing alternatives and credits. You can’t go wrong with ordering from Doreen Beads! ### ★★★★★ I have been using Doreenbeads and 8… - Reeba Kuruvilla · 2026-06-18 I have been using Doreenbeads and 8 Seasons for a few years now. I bought like 50 something individual metal Italian charm bracelet charms to make bracelets for myself, my mom, and my sister, and I am SO HAPPY with everything! Shipping took a little over a week, and every single charm I ordered looks exactly like the picture. I also placed a separate order the next day for a plain Italian charm bracelet just in case I needed extra charms, and they combined the shipping and everything got delivered at the same time. I also sent them a message at one point as I was confused about shipping, and they got back to me right away and made sure I was all set. 10/10 experience, really pleased! Will definitely shop here again :D ### ★★★★★ Absolutely fantastic - Grace Davis · 2026-04-15 Absolutely fantastic! They are quick with shipping orders, and i their prices are great. They communicate in a very timely manner, and they go out of their way in their attempts to make sure that customers’ dreams and visions are fulfilled. For example, when I was getting ready to place my order, I came across a charm that I loved but they no longer had available on their site. Gracie, an angel who works for the company, made every effort to find me the charm and was successful. This charm was a monumental piece for my friend as it showcased one of their top elements of everyday life, and I cannot thank Gracie enough for finding this for me. I definitely am going to be a repeat customer as this company shows that they prioritize their customers. ### ★★★★★ Excellent service - Kate · 2026-04-14 I’ve been using this company for a long time, and their service has consistently been excellent. If anything ever goes wrong with an order, they address and resolve it promptly once notified. I highly recommend this company. ### ★★★★★ This company is amazing - Tiffany · 2026-04-13 This company is amazing!
