Absolutely loving my journey throughout my clear aligner treatment Dr. Clear aligners in Brisbane. Rin. She is always well knowledgeable in the oral treatment I am receiving. I have so much more confidence now nearing the end of my treatment. Highly recommended to anyone. Who wants to take the affordable journey and get your dream smile.
SCAM ALERT! Do NOT believe the reviews !!!!!!!! They ask everyone to leave a positive review to get £200 off their treatment, within a time limit. all of these reviews are coerced, they are not accurate. Here's what happened to me: I went for a scan and the woman used a dirty scan wand, that had lipstick smeared on it uncleaned. She said there would be no issue in having one arch with slight misalignment fixed, it was a very simple fix as I'd previously had braces. I was later provided with three different prices after the scan, one being hundreds more than i was led to believe it would cost. I was provided a 3d oral mock up which didn't show much difference to my teeth. i was then told I need to spend £700 to create gaps in my teeth to push them back fully. which is completely untrue, my teeth do not need gaps, for such a slight misalignment. I've had this also confirmed by another dentist, that this isn't needed whatsoever for my teeth. I had them mess me around and try to get more money out of me, and when i said I wouldn't need or want gaps put in my teeth i was told then that they couldn't provide me any treatment whatsoever. I asked who the dental team are, and what expert was deciding these things - i wasn;t given an answer. the woman who did the scan, says she's also the manager, the complaints manager, head of operations. there's seemingly no one else working for them, but they act like a big company. my treatment with invisible braces should take no longer than 3 months, it's such a mild treatment. being pushed towards sending another £700 for additional treatment i need is wild. there is no expert who decided this, - she decided that she wanted more money. now i can get a refund weeks later, apparently. they wasted weeks of my time. they are awful, - avoid

I met with Anna from the Sydney branch, she is so wonderful and explains everything thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with Anna and she answered all my questions and was very helpful with my concerns. Anna’s service was amazing and I would highly recommend DCA.

Edit: it was a scam i went for a consultation which went fine. they ask for a review to have the £100 discount. i will update this review depending on how the treatment goes, and if it works out as promised.
My first appointment to collect the retainers was extremely efficient. Rin explained the steps perfectly and made sure the starting process is easy for me. Looking forward to the results :)
Just fitted my first set of Aligners. Material feels very good. Rin was extremely helpful with first application and talking through what needs to be done on a daily basis for the duration of the aligners

The price is cheaper compared to traditional braces. My teeth are what I hoped they would look after my sets of aligners
avoid avoid. I've been with Dr. Clear Aligners for over a year. Came for a cosmetic fix, but I was left with worsened teeth. Aligners were poorly designed and now Dr. Clear Aligners doesn't want to take responsibility for it. Be careful once you pay the fee customer service is non-existent. I have been ignored for 3 months and have been waiting for any sort of contact. To hear atthe end that they are happy with the results and if i need correction i need to pay for a new set. Well done Dr Clear Aligners and Rayhana. Very unprofessional!! Also, be careful with positive reviews. The company asks new customers to write reviews at the beginning of the treatment for a small discount

I just had my Invisalign consultation with Anna at the Sydney dentist. She was so helpful and explained the whole process in thorough detail including treatment plan, cost and answered any questions I had. The process was so smooth and was throughly recommended anyone who was thinking about starting Invisalign to have a consultation! Can’t wait for my aligners and to start my treatment!
