Im really grateful with my experience as i start my journey in my invisalign. To be honest, i have many doubts at first. But there this Anna that really help me understand how aligners works. She is very kind and patient to me. My experience since my first appointment upto now that i have my aligner was so amazing.

I went to the free scan on 3/8. The service was excellent, Sara is very polite. Sara told me the plan will be discounted if I do the £100 deposit, it is refundable. However I finally decide not to do the aligners. So I request for the refund. However I still didn't get the refund even I chase it for 3 weeks!!! I was so angry and message them and call them, but they still got no response. I message the manager twice and I finally get the refund. What a worse experience.

Lieona our consultant was fantastic from first contact, the process has been easy to understand and no hidden costs. We did the pay up front option which gave a great discount and free tooth whitening kit which is great! Looking forward to seeing the results over the next 6 months.

I had my first consultation and 3D scan with Dr Clear Aligner, so far a good experience and friendly staff. The consultation scan was informative, clear and excellent communication. Amazing technology is used! On my consultation the lovely lady addressed my concerns and noted these for the final after results production which I am excited to see. Will make sure to add a follow up review after my treatment plan
