I have two whatsapp accounts; my primary whatsapp account and business whatsapp account and I wanted to transfer chats of both accounts to my iPhone 11. Unfortunately, this tool does not provide that functionality.
Should provide a way to detect and transfer both types of accounts.

The process was slightly complicated and had a few hiccups, however by the end it worked and i have retained all my what's app convo's. Worth the price. However it would be helpful if you guys would provide a tutorial video on how the whole process works.

Switch and WhatApp did what they were expected to. Data should be transferred from old iPhone to new Android.
At first I installed dr.fone on my MacBook on a user acoount with no administration rights. In a consequence nothing worked. After Uninstall and Reinstall on a user account with administration rights things worked properly apart from SMS-Transfer.
On the Android device Samsung A71 we switched default SMS-client to connector, but SMS-transfer didn't work anyway.
WhatsApp Transfer was smoothly. Thats a lot!
dr.fone did the thing WhatsApp should have supported, already. I did spend some time setting up everything, so some computer proficiency is required, but the data transfer itself went smoothly.
Two things I didn't like:
1. The trial doesn't do anything useful. It creates the backup, but can't do anything with it. I didn't discover this until I tried to restore the backup to my new device. Nothing on the site informed me of this.
2. The advertised price is not what you have to pay. Taxes are not included. That's dirty marketing.
I also find the packaging a bit unfair. My use case was to transfer data from my old S8 to my new iPhone. People usually don't do that every year or more frequently. So having to pay $25 (w/taxes) for one year subscription when I use this exactly once is not very valuable, so I paid $30 for the lifetime in case I need to do this again in two years or so.
Most valuable would be if WhatsApp got their act together and started to support transfers between different makes for the same phone number (they support it if you change your number, go figure).
Second best would be if dr.fone came with a shorter subscription, say a month for $5, for us one time users.
I installed the WhatsApp transfer product.
The bottom line is that the product works and works well.
Unfortunately, the instructions don't cover performing the process in full, which required me to contact the support team, and although they were really nice and emphatic, it took about ~10 back and forth emails (over more than a week) to finally solving the issue (which seemed to be very simple).
It works great and restores WhattsApp chat perfectly, from Android to iPhone. Some of the instructions are not very clear and I had to help myself from another tutorial.

Every step given very clear and easy to follow.
But some of the videos didn't transfer.
Others are fine and the program is reliable!
Fixed my problem. Was able to transfer all my Whatsapp conversations/images etc. Took some time, but was easy to use and instructions were straightforward. 1 star docked for being relatively pricey (over 20$ for just Whatsapp transfer).
Even after reading a lot of reviews, I was still very afraid to take the gamble.
I just changed from Android to IOS and before using Telegram, a lot of Whatsapp chats are very important to me.
Although I had to pay for the toolkit of transferring the Whatsapp history, everything was transferred over. Some of the contacts cannot be seen but as long as the chats were there, everything is fine. The transfer required some time depending on the size.
I was so afraid it was not going to work and I will end up losing my chats but it worked well.
Thank You Dr.fone, but I hope that you can fix the mini bugs like missing contact numbers for the particular chat.
Worked perfectly, I had lost hope for my android Whatsapp messages to backup to my iPhone, and I used both alternatively, and then I used this tool to merge the two backups. It did have problems in the timing, some messages were not in the right order, but this is a minor issue for me, as at least I have them all.
