Hey Mitchell - I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with this. I just checked with customer support, and it looks like we've been in communication in regards to the stolen package. Maybe there's a change our email went to a different folder. We're still trying to see what we can do from our end in regards to that. We get just as angry our customers are when items go missing or stolen.
