I emailed the seller and she said they were under a lot of stress and her boss too (no wonder) When you sell shoes that are so cheap I don't even want to wear them. They looked like wrinkled paper when you scrunch it together. After many emails with the seller, I finally decided to throw them away. They wouldn't pay for return shipping which would be 50-60$ to return. She did offer to pay 30% of my shipping cost., which still wouldn't be worth it. Ugly UGLY shoe, I just threw them in the trash instead of going through even STARTING with customer service to get them back to China! I also ordered some cotton “sail cloth” embroidered clogs that are awesome, I love them! The embroidery is real and not painted on (to my relief) it took about 3 weeks for my order, but I know I’ll NEVER get my money back on the other pair, so I just trashed them!
