We really appreciate you sharing your honest experience, including the one order where things didn’t go quite as expected. While we always aim for every order to be perfect, we know that occasionally issues can happen, and what matters most to us is making sure our customers feel supported and that we put things right as quickly as possible. (2026-07-22): Hi Dana, thank you so much for this amazing review!
