We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear the line's quality deteriorated so quickly in the marine environment, becoming hard and abrasive after only six weeks. We will investigate this issue to ensure our products meet expectations for outdoor use. Please give us a call at 888-682-8186 so that we can connect you with a technician to ensure that you receive the rope best fitted for your application.
