As you know from the instructions with your Iron Palm Liniment, always apply the liniment prior to training and then right afterwards, this will speed up the conditioning process for harder training in the future. Also the liniment can be applied to the shins and forearms for the same results. (2024-08-01): Thanks Sergio, it was a pleasure to answer your questions, you are going to love the Dit Da Jow when it is ready. (2024-08-01): Thanks, your patients will benefit greatly from the Zheng Gu Shui, we look forward to your next order. (2024-08-01): Awesome, thanks for the review, very happy to hear Mom is doing better, keep it going! (2024-07-01): Your Welcome, you had excellent questions, thank you for your order. (2024-07-01): The Yangshang is a great kit, smart choice on your part, thank you for your order. (2024-07-01): Thank you for choosing us for your Dit Da Jow needs. (2024-07-01): You will love the Iron Palm liniment, thanks for the order and review. (2024-07-01): The Combo pack is the way to go, your liniments should be ready to use in another couple of weeks, thanks for the review and order. (2024-07-01): Happy to hear you are happy with your purchase, we look forward to preparing your next order. > 商家回复 (2024-07-01): Thank you very much! (2024-07-01): Thank you, we hope you spread the word as we discussed.
