### ★☆☆☆☆ I never got my order
- Robin Cote · 2026-09-18

I never got my order. I ordered cushion covers in July. I kept asking for an update. Finally I got one in August and it said it was delivered. They kept sending me different tracking numbers. I reported them to PayPal and PayPal believed them that they delivered my order. They never did and they ripped me off for $205.

### ★★★☆☆ It looks like it will work
- Dougs · 2026-06-27

It looks like it will work, kinda "flimsy" cheap. Great idea though. The box was crushed pretty bad, but it didn't damage the product. The box had " includes 50 Standard #17 nails only 12 in the box, maybe a bunch fell out during shipping.

### ★★★★★ Awesome cutter
- JEAN · 2026-06-04

Awesome cutter! Lol! I can’t wait to cut up my boxes and get them in the recycle area
Only one thing. Your picture of the cutter in the instructions needs to be clearer.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service
- Sharon Stodghill · 2026-03-15

Terrible customer service. Ordered refrigerator storage containers on 1-31-26 and it is now 3-15-26 and no update since 3-1-26. Reaching out to customer service is non existent. I will never buy from them again nor do I recommend anyone else who wishes to see their merchandise delivered within any reasonable amount of time do so.
