Maybe the dress is beautiful but didn't have the chance to see it because their delivery is VERY late. So late that it's going to ruin our wedding. The mother of the bride has no dress for her daughter's special day.
Ordered on 8th April and still not here 29th April, even with 45 euro shipping fee!!!
They have lied on the website because even if it shows that they are available, they didn't have any in stock. They lied on the availability, they lied about the date of delivery and they lied about their shipping date.
And remember, they accept returns but you have to pay a delivery to China which will cost not less than 20 euro.
Brought two dresses for a special occasion. Was a last minute order so had to rush ship it which was a great price and arrived quickly. However, one of the dresses was pretty much falling apart inside. Still had large tacking left in and was not cut with a straight edge. The bust cups they put in were not in line. The lining down one seam had a hole in were it had not been sown straight. When I complained I was told it's an easy problem to fix so can I do it myself! I brought them in the sale so that was the excuse. Overall not a great product. Service was ok up until the point I complained!
I have ordered twice from this company and both times they have provided great quality dresses. The recent order came in 5 days with normal shipping. There was a slight design faulty with one of the dresses and they have agreed to accept the return for a refund. Communication is great and they reply within 12 hours.
I bought 6 dresses for my bridesmaids. I absolutely was amazed at the quality of the dresses, the fast delivery and the customer service response.
After ordering the dresses for my bridesmaids I recommended the site to my mom, who ordered a dress for our engagement party and one for my future mother in law (who ordered the dress she will wear at our wedding!)

I received my dress ES107445 in 2 days! It fits to perfection! I just love buying from edressit! The dresses are all unique, have exquisite flowing fabric and are worth each and every cent! Each dress makes you feel like a princess!
I have never heard of the best online customer services like you edressit.
And your dresses are wonderful with the beyond expected quality and prices that are bagain any one can't ask for more.i have ordered about four dresses but order ES106405 and ES106114, ES105304 are the best.

I have read other review on edressit.com on another website and it got only two stars, and people were talking about their bad experience. I did not want to order from them however, I searched the web and did not find anything to my liking. I took my chances and ordered from them a dress. The delivery was fast ( I ordered it on Saturday, received it on Wednesday, I chose express shipping). The quality was not excellent, the flower shape is different than pictured, however it is very good. It also might look better after I actually iron it.
Anyways, I had a good experience with them.
