Dear Oliver, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We appreciate your honest feedback and acknowledge the mixed feelings you've expressed regarding your experience. Regarding the use of LinkedIn Learning courses, we collaborate with LinkedIn because it offers access to a vast network of experts with significant experience in their fields. This partnership allows us to provide high-quality content while keeping our prices competitive, as we do not incur the same costs as programs that rely exclusively on proprietary lecturers. We apologize for any confusion regarding the additional materials mentioned in the videos. Rest assured, these materials are accessible to all our students, and we will send you an email shortly with detailed instructions on how to access them. We also understand your frustration with the integration between our mobile app and LinkedIn Learning platform. The videos should indeed open directly in the LinkedIn Learning platform. We take this issue seriously and would like to resolve it promptly. We will contact you via email to schedule a call and ensure that this functionality meets our standards of user experience. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us enhance the quality and delivery of our programs. We are committed to addressing these issues and improving our platform to better serve the needs of all our students. Thank you for choosing EDU Effective, and we hope to provide a more satisfying experience as we take your comments into consideration. All the best, EDU Effective Team
