Education World Wide

Thank you for the review, our dear student. When high school seniors tell us, just ahead of major decisions in life, that they’re happy with school, they reinvigorate and encourage us in the conviction that we’ve been and remain on the right path. We hope to hear about your coming successes! Your EduWW team.

Dear Jana, we appreciate your remarks and are grateful that your family finds the overall experience as you describe it! We regret any issues you had in the past. While we’re glad things are fine after the change, we also encourage you to talk to us whenever something doesn’t work flawlessly. In the case of the Spanish your daughter takes, you obviously set the highest standards as a native speaker - give us a call, and we’ll do everything possible to alleviate your misgivings. Your EduWW team.

Dear Ana Maria, there’s not much we can say in response other than: thank you for recognizing our effort to offer and provide exactly that. We are happy to have happy, growing children, students, and their families in the EduWW community. And it will only get better! Your EduWW team.

Dear Leon, thank you for the review. We are aware and regret that the transfer caused issues for some students. It is a huge process, and it’s still ongoing. As an online school, we work with students year-round. That means the switch to the new learning platform will affect all pupils at some point. Again, we regret that students need to familiarize themselves with the new tool. We are also confident that it’s largely intuitive, and that the benefits of the all-in-one learning platform become obvious swiftly. Of course, our support is available 24/7 and can provide assistance in real time. Your EduWW team.

Dear Titi, thank you for the kind review. That’s exactly what we strive for: Top-notch education, delivered efficiently, transparently, and with joy. Even if a hitch occurs, we’re here 24/7 to resolve it immediately for our students and their families. Your EduWW team.

Dear Suzan, you know we’re here for the kids and you. Especially when the times are rough. We appreciate the recognition, but the most important thing to us is supporting the kids toward a safe and bright future. Thank you very, very much. Your EduWW team.

Dear Monica, Thank you. We’re aware of the immense demands that aspiring basketball stars and other young athletes must meet to excel in both sport and academics. We’re happy to provide academic support to the talent in the Stella Azzura Basketball Academy and look forward to their success. Your EduWW team.

Dear Raluca, Enrolling with EduWW provides the opportunity for the children to explore other interests without having to sacrifice excellence on either end, the academic or whatever it is they wish to pursue. We’re very happy that the Aldeas are recognizing and using the possibilities - and we’re certain that there’s excellence on the other end, as well. Let us know about it, please! Thank you for the kind review, Your EduWW team.

Dear Omar, Thank you for choosing and staying with us. The kind review, as well. We continuously strive to improve the experience of our students and their families. That’s one of the reasons why we took the leap and designed the new, all-in-one learning platform. And we can promise: even when everything’s going well, it will keep getting better! Your EduWW team

Dear Tamar, Thank you for pointing out these issues, particularly as you are our valued coordinator. Yes, the curriculum is modern, interactive, engaging, and, at the end of the day, it makes learning fun. However, the curriculum is certified American and requires a certain level of English, which isn’t native to many of our students. We at EduWW assist these students with the language as they progress, until they can handle their tasks fully autonomously. If any of the students you helped enroll requires special attention, please let us know - the tutors, consultants, or the administration - and we will, as always, help beyond the level of their subscription. We propose the same regarding the issues you mention. EduWW does its best to step up and resolve technical or any other problems, but we need to be alerted when they arise. Please contact us and let us know the problem. EduWW has been rolling out a new learning platform. Our records show that all of the children you helped enroll are still on the old platform. We are confident that technical issues will disappear shortly, while the experience will delight all users. Finally, online education does strengthen self-reliance and, in a way, demands self-discipline. The benefit for students who master the material is accelerated progress or the move to more demanding courses. We can estimate a particular student’s engagement with the curriculum only to a certain level. We can only measure their knowledge through tests and through the interactions with the teachers in their respective programs. The students, and in the case of young students, their families, have the responsibility for the homework and the studying when they’re away from the screen. If any of the parents believe their child is bypassing their assignments in some way, we also invite them to talk to us, and together we can find a solution. Kind regards, Your EduWW team.

Dear Mehdi, You precisely described the experience we strive for: an environment for our students to thrive on all fronts of life. Our teachers appreciate the kind mention. And we, the whole school, appreciate your family for staying with us through the years and well beyond necessity. Thanks so much, Your EduWW team.

Dear Cecilia, Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re very happy to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience with our teachers. Your support truly means a lot to us! Regards, Your EduWW team.

Dear Oscar, thank you so much for your kind words! We truly appreciate your feedback and are very happy to hear that you’re enjoying both the curriculum and the support from our team. Regards, Your EduWW team.

Dear Valerio, Thank you for taking the time to make these remarks. We don’t fully understand why you experience a communication deficit - we have multiple channels for this. Of course, if there is a snag we need to rectify, we will fix it immediately. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible via your child’s platform or the website, where you can find the chatbox, email and a round-the-clock contact phone. We regret the experience either way and are looking forward to improving it swiftly together with you. Your EduWW team.

Dear Zeyd-Hidayat, It’s great to hear that our students enjoy the education. It warms our hearts even further when they and their families recognize the effort our teaching and administrative staff put into making school enjoyable. We cherish this very much. But the most important reward? It’s seeing our students grow from children to young adults and providing them with knowledge, confidence and tools to shape their future. Thank you, The EduWW team

Dear Ipek, Thank you for taking the time for this kind review. We’re here to offer and provide support for your child and your family on that path.   Kind regards, Your EduWW team.

Dear Amit, Thank you for the kind review and especially for the understanding. We have been transferring everything to our new learning platform. It was a daunting task, and issues occurred occasionally. It’s also true that we’re working very hard to promptly resolve problems. The benefits are already apparent: An all-in-one ecosystem that simplifies and accelerates all processes, while increasing transparency. Again, thank you so much for your patience and understanding. If you encounter any problems, reach out via the live support chat available on the platform, and our team will be happy to assist you immediately. Regards, Your EduWW team.

Dear Malika, we try our best. Thank you for the kind words, Your EduWW team.

Dear Alejandro, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. One of the challenges, and at the same time one of the greatest benefits of online education for children, is that they need to master self-discipline. That is a skill, a stance that they carry further into their academic and professional life. Of course, especially younger students may require supervision and control to ensure they keep up with their tasks. That is what our teachers do, along with teaching. They monitor their students’ progress and regularly report it. They are also regularly available to the parents for questions and consultations. Kind regards, EduWW Team

Dear Elena, thank you. We know that students thrive when they have everything they need, and we continually work to make sure they do. We warmly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your EduWW team
