### ★☆☆☆☆ Good initially, poor after issue
- Gabriel Denis · 2026-08-14

Initially, the agent worked nicely with me… Until the first problem showed up.
First sample that was supposed to be stainless steel with thicker PVD plating began rusting after contact with sweat (not even a few days) and got worse after one dip in the pool.
So it wasn’t PVD, and it wasn’t a thick plating as paid and requested.
Upon sharing the issue, the agent only gave me excuses from the manufacturer instead of owning up for the poor quality piece I received. Eventually she stopped responding my complaint.

### ★★☆☆☆ They are ok until they screw up
- Kapil · 2026-02-25

They are ok until they screw up, which is quite often and then you're on your own. Quality checks are insufficient, shipment planning is non-existent and you may never get correct status, only promises. Leadership is too busy. We learned the hard way.

### ★★★★★ We have been working along side Ejet…
- Surita Ramlogan · 2025-07-14

We have been working along side Ejet for just over a year. One thing I must say they are very helpful always willing to assist with any questions we have. And always helping to make our process easier in shipping.
