Beware, these are refurbished products!
THEY ARE NOT NEW AS ADVERTISED!
They were very untruthful, and very deceptive about everything.
I was also accused of being racist and discriminatory. Because I asked who I was speaking with. Same voice, but gave 3 different names on 3 different occasions.
They should just tell the truth about their products, their business practices, and their people that work for them.
They changed their story almost every time I called, new excuses.
They were not going to allow me to return a purchase, untill I called them out for false advertisement. and then their "legal department" sent me an email and threatened me...
They advertise their products as NEW, and I asked the customer service manager if they were new or refurbished. He assured me they are absolutely new, and his company does NOT deal with anything refurbished or used.
The phone I got was in a random brown box. The "new" phone had dents on the side, scratches on the camera lens, an aftermarket battery, and an aftermarket charger. Ya, that's probably new...
After a lot of unnecessary frustration and BS, I was able to return the phone, and get my money back.
Only a fool would purchase from here.

This phone turned out to be exactly what I needed for a secondary device. It connected to my network without any issues and the signal has been stable so far. The screen is bright enough for outdoor use and the battery holds a charge through the day.
The device came well packed and looked completely new when I opened the box. After a few days of using it I can say the performance is consistent and the phone handles normal tasks easily. It works smoothly with my carrier and the battery life has been steady during regular daily use.
