Still putting it together. So far no problems, should have it up and working soon. It is heavy, I need help to finish.

NOT A HASSLE FREE RETURN

I am trying to return a 4 wheel walker, the design isn’t safe for me. Electriclife is putting hurdles in my attempt to get a label to return it. They claim “hassle free returns”, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I wouldn’t buy another thing from them. Good luck getting your money back.

Accuracy of product description and speed of fulfillment were outstanding. A prior reviewer said assembly of the produce took 4 hours but our assembly only took 2 hours as the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Frustrated in trying to return an item we are not happy with!!!

We are not happy with the product we received and eletriclife is not being very cooperative with the return of this item. We contacted them two weeks after receiving the item though we knew after the first day, this item was not for us. The item is in perfect condition as we only tried it once before making the decision to return it. I'm asking for an return label but they continue to give me the run around.

Ordered a day bed and the pheicture included the mattresses why on earth would you sell a bed that did not include the mattress especially when the picture is supposed to show what one is purchasing I would have NEVER purchased it. And I feel that it is false advertising

First of all it was like I was ignored when I said ship the item to a different address where the puppies where 2nd the box and the item was damaged 3rd I wanted a small discount 4th they treated that small discount like a auction Final I should’ve asked for more money off other then a small discount that they quit literally treated like a auction and shouldn’t have dealt with it Nevermind this place needs to do there packaging better so this doesn’t happen with the shipping
