Proceeded to explain the issue and the error message, reply was that i keyed in the wrong UID. Explained that there is only 1 UID in the game, and i provided my UID to check, no response for 5 minutes, so i chatted again, and reply given was, "what order ID do you have? ill take a look" , The conversation was resetted by a robot who claims to be human. In the end, was informed that CODM Garena SG was actually not available and for sale. BUT WAIT, its active on the website, so i chatted them after some time again, and they said it was available. Wasted 45 minutes of my time, what a bunch of morons. I have screenshots of the conversation, will spread it around. ### ★★★★★ Amasin and legal - پوریا سرکرده · 2026-07-09 Amasin and legala ### ★☆☆☆☆ i paid for my purchase but to no avail… - lim jarren · 2026-03-21 i paid for my purchase but to no avail do help if possible refund thanks > 商家回复 (2026-04-13): Hey Lim, unfortunately we can't look into orders or process refunds through Trustpilot reviews. If it keeps saying your info is invalid, your account may be registered in a region that's restricted for that particular product. Try using a different MLBB variant on our site, or contact us at t.me/elitedias_bot or wa.link/elitedias and we can help you figure out which version works for your account. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/elitedias.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/elitedias.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
