We looked at the order you placed and it appears that you only added the individual magazine to your cart and not the bundle. Therefore, the only item shipped to you was the extended magazine.

This sounds unusual. Our standard process for warranty claims is to set up a return for the item for its evaluation. We would encourage you to contact us again by either phone or email. 479-646-4210 ext 7, M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or [email protected].
Thank you for alerting us to the issue on Amazon. Happy shooting and thank you for using Elite Force Airsoft gear!

We're happy to hear that you had an amazing experience with our fast delivery! We appreciate you sharing your excitement.
Thank you for picking up our Elite Force gear! We sincerely appreciate your business.
We're happy to hear you had a great experience. Thanks for your feedback!
Awesome to hear! Thank you for choosing Umarex! Happy shooting!
Thank you for picking up one of our licensed replicas. Happy shooting!
Thank you for picking up up one of our AEGs! Great family fun!
