After buying a keyboard and then cancelling my order, I was never refunded. I contacted the brand several times; they told me the refund had been processed, but I never received the money. Avoid at all costs! RE: no, i never received my refund > 商家回复 (2026-08-04): Shopify alerted us that this was a high-risk fraudulent order, and we have already issued a full refund for the transaction. ### ★★★★★ I had a very positive experience with… - Rafal Kola · 2026-06-15 I had a very positive experience with XVX. Their customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Despite some issues and delays caused by the courier company Evri, the keyboard eventually arrived safely. The product itself is of good quality and works well. I appreciate the excellent communication and support provided by XVX, and I am satisfied with my purchase. I would happily recommend them to others. ### ★★☆☆☆ First time buying on Xvx - Samuel Howard · 2026-01-30 First time buying on Xvx, they say it gets delivered between 7-14 days and it’s the 14th day and I still haven’t received the order or had any updates for 5 days on the parcel. It’s just saying “delivered to local carrier” for 5 days and they are saying it’s en route but it’s really not, not buying from here again I don’t recommended ### ★★★★★ The keycaps are very high quality and I… - Ryan Mc Mahon · 2025-12-04 The keycaps are very high quality and I would greatly recommend them for the price, very fast and good customer service aswell 👌 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Quality is very poor on the keycaps I… - James Robinson · 2025-12-03 Quality is very poor on the keycaps I ordered. Very cheap and thin plastic, RBG did not shine through either as it should have. When I requested a refund they want you to pay for expensive shipping back, not get refunded your original shipping cost and they take a cut from the refund. Scammy Chinese company, if you’re looking at something on the site go elsewhere even if slightly more expensive. Very poor customer service, even worse product. Avoid ### ★★★★★ The keycaps are so pretty and high quality! - Purple · 2025-12-03 I recieved the keycaps quickly! The communication with the brand went so smoothly and the keycaps are super pretty and high quality! I definitely recommend! ### ★★★★★ beauty design and good quality. - Murat Okumuş · 2023-07-18 · 已验证 fast cargo. beauty design and good quality. ### ★★★★★ The company is pretty good - Han Duong · 2023-07-17 · 已验证 The company is pretty good. I like the way you guys work ### ★★★★★ Everything was well expleined - Gi · 2023-07-03 · 已验证 Everything was well expleined. From the detail of the products to the details about pay and shipping. ### ★★★★☆ Pristine condition items - Alejandro Torres · 2023-06-14 · 已验证 Pristine condition items, but delivery and the tracking system is not reliable, for example, I received my package today, which is great! It shipped fast, but when I went to check my order in the tracking system, it appears that it was not out for delivery yet. This means that there's not a strict control and regulation on updates. Besides that, it was excelent. ### ★★★★★ thanks - IES JOSE SARAMAGO MAJADAHONDA · 2023-06-10 · 已验证 thanks, it,s a good keycap ### ★★★★★ the keycap sets are good for money and… - Customer · 2023-06-06 · 已验证 the keycap sets are good for money and in good quality. ### ★★★★★ No backlight, still great! - Alex Breakfield · 2023-05-18 · 已验证 Very cute keycaps! Got the great wave set. It came in the box with the art for the coral themed set but it had the correct keycaps. My only gripe is that the inner pbt layer isn't translucent so the symbols on the keys don't glow with backlight ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Shipping was fast and despite using lasership for the last mile in Denver it still arrived a couple days early at my doorstep. The set doesn't quite work with my 75% keyboard but it's close enough ### ★★★★★ Super satisfied with the product - Wilmer Delgado · 2023-04-13 · 已验证 Super satisfied with the product, it is simply spectacular. I recommend it to everyone and I will surely be buying other products. Thanks a lot ### ★★★★★ Nicely packaged - Crank1364 · 2023-04-06 · 已验证 Nicely packaged, arrive in good order. Super pleased with XVX. Thanks, Cheers ### ★★★★★ Good - Nguyễn Tín · 2023-03-26 · 已验证 I like this keycap. it so cute ### ★★★★★ I bought a few keycap sets and an XVX… - Leo · 2023-03-09 I bought a few keycap sets and an XVX M84 from this site, the service is friendly and nice, Also, when I got the M84 in my hand, it was so beautiful! will purchase some stuff soon! --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/en.xvxchannel.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/en.xvxchannel.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
