These reactions often show most visibly on lighter blonde shades and may appear pink, peach, orange, or brassy, especially at the ends where the hair is most exposed. We understand you mentioned using K18 purple shampoo and Living Proof color-safe products, however, even color-safe products or environmental exposure can sometimes interact with blonde extension hair differently than natural growing hair. We have already offered compensation as a gesture of support, but we’d still like to better understand what may have caused the discoloration.
