When they came, one was the wrong pattern- plain black instead of black floral. They are refusing to give a full refund and offering 15% saying that I would be responsible for the return shipping and this way I can "keep the suit and give to friends or family who will be very thankful". I'm trying to get 25%, just to recoup something, but we'll see. The fabric feels quite thin but hasn't been tried on yet. WOULD NOT recommend. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Very poor customer service - Linda Gingera · 2024-08-23 The garment didn't fit. Only a 15% return was offered as it is 'too expensive ' for an international company to do returns. I followed the measuring and sizing guides for width but no where does it say that anyone over 5 foot 3 inches will find this one piece garment to be too short in the body. Fabric was cheap and provided very little support. Don't buy it!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ SCAM - Elaine Bongiovanni · 2024-07-09 SCAM, Sold on different Sites with this very Cute, Deceiving Ad, but without Delivering. I ordered 4, & after many Frustrating months, was able, thru my Bank, to get my Money Refunded. Just Google & check out Complaints on these Websites & decide if it's worth the Time & Trouble. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Told me to give it to someone else! - Heather Aird Bremner · 2024-05-18 It said on the website free returns and 100% money back guaranteed within 30 days. My item was not as described and didn't fit. I contacted them multiple times and recieved no response until after 30 days. Then they said I could return it over seas but it "would cost a lot of $$ and I should just give it to someone it will fit." What?? They did offer to give me a 15% refund. Don't waste your time and money here!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ What a disappointment!!! - Tina · 2023-11-14 What a disappointment and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. I wouldn’t give this site any stars at all. Item of clothing was not as advertised. The material was cheap and the fit was pathetic - unwearable!!! Shipping back to China would have cost me more $$ than what I would have gotten back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ! ### ★☆☆☆☆ NO STARS - Karen · 2023-11-07 NO STARS RETURNED MY GOODS FOR REFUND but they do not honour their refund policy. Buyer be aware !!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING !!!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ I wouldn’t give this site any stars at… - Mrs Val Williams · 2023-09-28 I wouldn’t give this site any stars at all. The item of clothing I purchased was not as advertised. The material was cheap and the fit was pathetic. I’m now having a nightmare trying to get a refund. They are stealing my money. Customer services aren’t listening DONOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ! ### ★☆☆☆☆ No zero star option - customer · 2023-09-12 No zero star option. Terrible product. a cheap knockoff of the product in the video. Do not purchase from this so-called company. ### ★★★★★ Lovely experience - Consumer · 2023-09-01 I was a little wary but figured I could afford to risk the €33. I bought a two piece jersey fabric pant suit and it fit beautifully, was lovely material, and k received it in around 10 days as I live in the Republic of Ireland. I am a uk size 14 so ordered an XL according to their measurements. It was a lovely fit and I received lots of positive compliments on the day I wore it. I can recommend them from my own experience and I’ve already ordered additional clothing ### ★☆☆☆☆ NO NO NO - Amy D. · 2023-08-19 I gave one star because zero stars is not an option. The quality is terrible, the fit was bad. I ordered a medium, my normal size. the waistband was not smooth and too big, the sleeves were too short. the material was thin. I requested a refund, they offered discount codes for future items and I could give the items to my friends. TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/enyopo.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/enyopo.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
