Buyer beware - Do not recommend, please avoid this company
It is simple I purchase 3 items but they did not fit well and were not made very well, so I asked for a refund or exchange and all they offered was a 30% discount just to go away, unfortunately I did not check any reviews but it appears that is all they do just so they dont have to return/exchange, it is like throwing your money away because they refuse any other option, so buyers beware of this company

I purchased a white envelope dress…
I purchased a white envelope dress which on the add looked really pretty, but when I tried it, the sleeves where tight, the fabric stiffy, and the bottom part with a lining that makes the dress loose mobility, giving a very bad shape to the back. Now, they keep trying not to reimburse me, sending offers which I do not want. I’m an experienced online customer on servers brands, and I keep only what looks good on me. Enzug doesn’t seem a serious company regarding customers satisfaction.

I was concerned about no up dates, but was reassured via email that all was well. I needed that as I have had a bad experience with another company. I feel I can trust Enzug now. The products that I ordered we delightful. I am well pleased. 10/10 to Enzug. 😊

I ordered 3 tops. My package from Enzug arrived to our US address in the time they approximated. From there, the shipping company we use got the package to us in Central America. The 3 tops arrived in perfect shape. Made well. Happy customer. I would shop Enzug again.

Absolutely horrendous quality and not cheap either. Have complained by email as I want to return 2 tops totalling £76 and they have offered me $20. DO NOT BUY - a total scam from China, clothes smell terrible and are not the fabric composition that it says on the website

Stay away from this company. I’ve written numerous mails to get a refund and had no reply. I sent a message also on Messenger and when I chased for a reply I got a one word answer ‘wait’!!!! and then they blocked me on their FB page. On their website it says guaranteed refund - that’s a laugh! I will be reporting to Facebook and trading standards.

To be honest, I was a little suspect that this wasn't going to work out - I thought it would take weeks for anything to arrive and that the quality would be cheap. (Yes, I've had that experience off Instagram ads!) Not at all - I am so happily surprised and will definitely be shopping here again. Good fit true to size and good quality.
