Bobbi, We are disappointed that you were not happy with our customer service. When you place an order with our company, we do order the garments as that allows us to offer the quick turnaround times that we offer. We did ship your garments back, and canceled your order as requested. We incurred those re-stock fees on our behalf and did not charge you anything. We are glad that you found a provider for your needs, and wish you the absolute best of luck in all your future endeavors!

Tulsi, we are very sorry that you did not like the garment you chose on our website. We did reach out and offer to work with you on a potential re-print. We have not had any other complaints on this garment. Since we don't do the garment manufacturing ourselves, we do rely on our wholesalers, and we do put the garment specs they provide us on every product on our website.
