For me, the lack of software required to get what I consider to be basic features, like RGB (which many companies advertise yet requires an app to run in the background adding to the increasing amount of bloatware in the PC market), working is absolutely genius. The use of the web browser as a controllable, reliable way to write functions to the keyboard itself without the need to set up profiles and transfer them between PCs, which for me is a definite plus as I travel quite often and switch between my desktop and laptop frequently, is incredibly refreshing and genius. Personally, I rebound my Pause Break button to be a pause/play media button, and my screen lock button to fast forward. The preferences of everyone is different, and maybe you'd like dedicated buttons for these kinds of things, but I can't stress how seamless the process to making this keyboard your own is! Even the ability to write your own gifs onto the display included is quick, easy, and again, all saved on the keyboard itself. I highly recommend Epomaker and hope to see the expansion of the company without the compromise to any of the user-friendly and thoughtful design that has made me fallen in love with this keyboard and it's functionality.
