We’re truly sorry to hear you received a box of meals you did not choose and that managing deliveries while traveling caused frustration. You can make changes to your account and orders up to 5 days prior to your delivery date before 11:59 PM PST. You always have until that time to select meals or skip the order if you don’t need it. There are always six weeks of menus available to view and edit. If meals aren’t selected, our system will automatically choose options within your saved preference (Quick & Easy in your case) to ensure you’re not without a delivery. You’re always free to choose from any meals on the full menu. We’re sorry for any confusion and would love the opportunity to turn your experience around.
