Our cases are made from a combination of a metal frame and durable polycarbonate components—they are not advertised as being made entirely of metal. Regarding the fitment, a visible gap like the one you describe is not expected. In the vast majority of cases, this is caused by the case not being fully seated, but if there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we'll always make it right.

We'd be happy to take another look at your video and photos to determine whether the issue is due to installation or a defect. If it's a manufacturing issue, we'll of course provide an appropriate solution.

Regarding the materials, the case features a metal outer shell combined with high-strength polycarbonate and TPU for durability and impact absorption—it is not made entirely of plastic.
