ExactMats

Thanks so much, Lisa! Glad we could help.

Great to hear, Milton! Thank you!

Thanks Floreda!

Hi Lyle, Our sincerest apologies once again for not getting back to you within 1 business day. Our goal is to get back to all customer inquiries within 1 business day of receipt, but in this situation, we definitely dropped the ball. In looking at your support ticket, it looks like the incorrect mats were sent to you in error and we were actually able to exchange the mat for the correct ones, at no cost to you. However, you elected to return the product, which is totally fine, too. Per our support ticket, we've already fully refunded you and have even extended a special code for you to use at checkout, as an apology. Should you change your mind, feel free to use the offer code we sent you. Once again, we're very sorry for the issues you've experienced. Your feedback has been passed along to the leadership team and will be used to improve our processes so that this does not happen again.

Thanks, Pam! We're glad we could help you find a perfect-fitting product for your vehicles for the last 12 years!

Hi there, Thanks so much for your review and for the feedback on pricing. ExactMats can sometimes be a tad more expensive than non-custom alternatives. That said, we feel that once you get a set of mats in your car, you see how perfectly they fit, and how clear they are, you'll feel the order was well worth it! Of course, we appreciate your feedback and will absolutely take this into consideration in the future.

Hi Cecil, We're ecstatic to see your review! Thanks so much!

Hi Darrell, Thanks so much for your review and for the feedback on pricing. We never want to be too expensive, but given that we are a made-to-order, custom business, our pricing is a bit different than non-custom alternatives. We're always evaluating our price points though, so thank you again for your feedback! Hope you're happy with your mats otherwise!

Thanks TJ! Glad to hear you love your ExactMats product!
