Les, I’m sorry for the frustration this registration experience caused. This feedback relates to an automated account registration email and was posted shortly after sign-up, before the course was taken or completed. At the time, the registration page disclosed that the password would be emailed as part of the account setup process. Since then, we have updated the checkout confirmation process so that passwords are no longer included in buyer confirmation emails. Excel University is a small, founder-led training business, and I take concerns like this seriously. I appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve the overall student experience. Thanks, Jeff
