Here are some of the reasons why qualifying accounts may not be found: •Accounts are paid by non-electronic means such as cash, check, or money order. •The utility or telecom payee name may not be recognized at this time. •There is not enough recent/recurring payment history for qualifying accounts. Experian Boost currently requires at least 3 recent payments. •Do you make the payments each month without skipping a calendar month? For example, if you pay a utility bill quarterly (2 payments in 6 months) that account will not be recognized. •The bank does not give access to enough account history •Some municipalities do not differentiate between utility payments, parking tickets, or court fees, only identifying the payee by municipality name (e.g., “Anytown fees”).
