我为我的孙子订购了一支乒乓球棒，但我不知道它被使用了。球棒上有很多划痕和磨损痕迹，胶带全部变色并翘起。我没有费心去退货，因为我不想惹麻烦。

Our company sells 'New' and 'Used' products.  Every product page on our site, has item specs, description and full detailed images about the condition of each item.   Returns are always handled efficiently and professionally within a 30 day period.

Item was delivered on February 20, 2021 at 11:37 am Delivered, In/At Mailbox PFLUGERVILLE, TX 78660.  We understand buyer's frustration, and found that the post office did deliver the product by calling support at USPS 1 (800) 275-8777.   We apoligize you are dissatisfied with our service, but the item does show delivery time and date.  Thank you and we wish you the best with future endeavors.

UPDATE: 4/28/21 - Item was delivered, and sat at the U.S. post office for months.  Despite our efforts in trying to assist buyer, the U.S. post office returned item as a result of being unclaimed goods. Buyer received a full refund.
