They shipped my order and tracking said it was delivered to Phoenix AZ. I live in Mt. Pleasant TX. When notified, they suddenly changed it to my location, where it was NEVER delivered. They are refusing to replace my order or refund my money. I had multiple emails trying to return my item and be reimbursed. 1st they required me to send pictures of info attached to outside and inside package. After that was done I received an email wanting me to send a picture of my puchase invoice. Next email, they offered me $3 and asked me to re-gift the item. I paid over $30 for the item. I told them that was not acceptable and that I wanted my money pack. The next email offered $5 and have me return the item and pay for shipping back to them.
