FansBuy’s own tracking confirms it left their warehouse on October 2. The shipping option advertised 7–12 days. As of October 19, I still have not received it. DHL received the electronic shipment information on October 9. FansBuy’s internal tracking shows further updates through October 17, but I still have no clear delivery date. When I contacted support, they told me everything was normal, explained that the estimate meant business days, and referred to Chinese holidays until October 7. I had already mentioned business days in my message. This response felt dismissive and gave me no concrete delivery estimate. Any holiday exclusions should be clearly explained before customers pay. By comparison, my Hipobuy parcel arrived on the sixth business day. With FansBuy, I am still waiting and chasing answers.
