I have emailed 5 times had one reply then nothing. Last email marked as urgent but still no reply. They have some nice things but customer service is awful as well as they processing orders. No idea what is happening with my order now. ### ★★★★★ This was my first time ordering from… - Carol Sedlock · 2026-10-09 This was my first time ordering from Fansells. I was disappointed at the out of stock notifications after I placed my order. However, I must say that in the end I was able to find substitutions and received quality products. The customer service correspondence that I received was helpful, patient and quick. ### ★★★★★ Always great - Vi · 2026-10-06 I like the company, the customer support and so far all the projects I finished. My go-to for diamond paintings :) ### ★★★★★ Good company - AKA _The_Qween Bee · 2026-09-18 Good company, amazing customer service. More recently I have been ordering kits from their stock list. Better quality than the cheaper versions on the market and not a lot more in price. I have also had reason to contact the customer service side of the team and they were so helpful and happy to assist with my problem, which was solved very easily. If I could give them 10 stars I would. ### ★★★★★ So easy to communicate with the… - Ashley McCubbin · 2026-07-22 So easy to communicate with the company. Never disappoint. I love all the designs on diamond arts. I never buy from anywhere else. Best place ever ### ★★★★★ The diamond painting - Denise Davis · 2026-07-22 The diamond painting, greeting cards and tissue boxes are awesome. Going to make great presents for the holidays ### ★★★★★ I enjoyed this diamond painting kit… - Autumn · 2026-07-22 I enjoyed this diamond painting kit from Fansells. The canvas was clearly printed with easy-to-read symbols, making it simple to follow the pattern. The drills were bright, shiny, and matched the colors shown in the design well. There were plenty of extra drills included, so I didn't have to worry about running out. The adhesive on the canvas was strong, which kept the drills in place throughout the project. The kit also came with the basic tools needed to get started, making it a good choice for both beginners and experienced diamond painters. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable project with a beautiful finished result. I would recommend Fansells diamond painting kits to anyone looking for a fun, creative hobby with good quality materials and great value. ### ★★★★★ Fansells - Richard · 2026-07-20 Over the last few years I've ordered more than 20 diamond paintings and 2 paint-by-numbers kits from Fansells, and I've always been very happy with the quality. The only issue I've ever had was with my most recent paint-by-numbers kit, which arrived with the wrong paint colours. As it was a birthday present, I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. I contacted Fansells, explained the situation, and they refunded me straight away with no hassle. Excellent customer service and a company I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again. Highly recommended! ### ★★★★★ Great products and great prices - Helen Bressington · 2026-07-20 Great products and great prices. I have ordered regularly and a combination of diamond painting kits and cross stitch kits and delivery is always quick ### ★★★★★ Would give 6 stars, if I could! - Genevieve Gregory · 2026-07-17 I've bought 4 or 5 of these cross stitch kits, and let me say it's some of the best quality I've seen for kits. Most others have barely readable printing or confusing symbols, if you get them pre stamped. These are very readable! Will definitely be buying more! 10 out of 10! ### ★★★★★ Absolutely love fansell there diamond… - Whitney Chapman · 2026-07-16 Absolutely love fansell there diamond painting art is always spot on and always comes out beautifully ### ★★★★★ I have bought from fansells for years… - Diane · 2026-07-16 I have bought from fansells for years and it is the best place to buy diamond painting items. There customer service is also excellent. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/fansells.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/fansells.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
