What I received was a cheap, polyester sweatshirt with a the image of the knit sweater printed onto the sweatshirt. I'm currently in the process of requesting a refund, and as described by others, is a process. They have asked why the item wants to be returned, stated that the fact that the item is not as described and is false advertising being the complaint. They then requested photos of the item, which I've sent. I've decided to dispute the charge since the item is not as described and was falsely advertised. I was so excited when I was ordering from their website because all of the clothing looks amazing and the real lot of Halloween options. I choose linen fabrics because I am very fabric sensitive when the product arrived within 3–4 weeks it was almost Halloween and there were three items that were nothing as pictured or listed. Nothing was made of any quality fabric. I think there’s a fabric cheaper than polyester that feels horrible and that is what they use and the sizing was completely off. They did not want to accept my returns initially and tried to offer me a coupon. The pictures are a complete lie; they do not sell knit wear, they sell bottom basement rotten shoddy materials that do not resemble their advertisements.
