We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing hardware and the delay in resolving this matter. This is certainly not the experience we want for our valued customers. As communicated via email, the parcel of the missing parts is on the way. It is expected to be delivered in the following 3 days. As a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a $40 refund to your original payment method. You should see the amount reflected in your account soon. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank you for your patience and support!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you love the quality and value of the product and would recommend it. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with delivery and customs – we understand how frustrating these challenges can be. As for the partial refund, sorry that we forgot that. We were concentrating on the customs issue. The partial refund will be issued right away. Given that the parcel was shipped from Germany to the UK, customs duty sometimes happens. And customs clearance could be a pain in the ass. We were just as frustrated as you are. Your input about the partial refund and customs charges is invaluable, and we’re actively working to improve our processes to prevent these situations in the future. We want to ensure every part of the FB-Sport experience matches the quality of our products.
