The item I received was flimsy and cheaply made. The disc required to project the image was small and needed to be removed and re inserted for each viewing. The image was small and dark. For over a month I have been trying to return the item. I have received emails stating they didn’t have my email. They sent me an email saying I didn’t not order from them. I sent a screen shot showing the order number, my name and address as well as the price of the item. They replied I could not return the item to the address on the package but had to wait for a different address that would be sent to me. I am waiting, and waiting and sending requests for that address. They offered a minuscule amount as a refund instead of the original price. I have carefully followed all of the requirements on their return policy. It’s now been over a month. This company does not enable returns. Beware.
