Then I asked for a refund and offered to return it, they offered me a small fraction of what I had originally paid! Brutal. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Damaged products long waiting and worst… - Rens Geisterfer · 2026-08-19 Damaged products long waiting and worst of all fake products. They what to compensate me for 20% but the product I ordered is totally different and broken as well. Verry disappointed ### ★☆☆☆☆ 1 estrella - samara coello · 2026-08-14 1 estrella — NOT AS ADVERTISED I ordered the “Charming Frog Coin Purse” shown on Festivalment’s website. The product pictured in the advertisement was completely different from what I received. What I received was a very cheap-looking item with completely different details and ridiculous-looking googly eyes. It does not resemble the product I purchased from the advertisement. I paid $62.36 USD, and I feel that the product was misrepresented in the advertisement. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend ordering from Festivalment. Take screenshots of the product before purchasing and be very careful with this company. ### ★★★☆☆ The communication was great - Jay · 2026-08-01 The communication was great, keeping me abreast on shipping. Unfortunately there are no instructions how to use parts. There are spare parts that I have no clue about ### ★★★★☆ Product arrived much sooner than… - Jim · 2026-07-31 Product arrived much sooner than expected from the tracking website. Delivery a bit long but overall satisfied with the product. ### ★★★☆☆ The company was fine but not the proudct - Robert McKay, IAAI-CFI, J.P. · 2026-07-30 The company was fine, but the product was not as expected. The advertisement suggested a carbon filter mask and an eye shield that was strong enough to be hit with a hammer. The last part is rubbish. The eye shield is thin and flimsy and certainly would not protect you from impact other than dust. ### ★★★★★ Order came in a timely manner. - Debra Near · 2026-07-28 ### ★★☆☆☆ I don't think the ad showed the true… - Wendy La Peyre · 2026-07-27 I don't think the ad showed the true result of using the mascara. It does not go on without clumping as advertised. I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. Wendy. ### ★☆☆☆☆ 100% Scam - Anna Douglas · 2026-07-26 After a long wait, I received a cheap piece of plastic. I ordered the Star Wars 50th anniversary Hot Wheel Millennium Falcon. Not at all as pictured or described. Scam! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Reverend good - Ron Beltz · 2026-07-26 Reverie, long and receiving it cheaply made does not work? How do I return it for refund? ### ★★★★☆ They corrected the amount of overcharge… - Karen Musselman · 2026-07-25 They corrected the amount of overcharge on my statement compared to the screenshot I made when purchased within hours of sending them a copy of the screenshot asking why there was more charged on my statement ### ★★★★★ Great product’ - Stephen Apaliski · 2026-07-25 ### ★★★☆☆ The blouse looks and hangs differently… - Maurine Roller · 2026-07-24 The blouse looks and hangs differently in the picture than in reality. It does fit, so I will keep it, but the quality isn't the greatest. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered a garlic twister several… - Mimi · 2026-07-24 I ordered a garlic twister several months ago. Last week I was told it had finally been delivered but it is nowhere to be found. I have tried to contact the company for an explanation but the website isn’t responding to my request. ### ★★★★☆ Notificationsbaffled and deliver excellent But… - Frances · 2026-07-24 Notifications and deliver excellent But box arrived without instructions with a circular rod piece which I have no idea what to do with. It has a digital counter section ### ★★★☆☆ Look Elsewhere - Mike Iacobino · 2026-07-23 I really don’t feel the glasses do what they claim. Overpriced pair of cheap sunglasses. ### ★★★☆☆ I like the tracking update - Shannon Wheeler · 2026-07-23 I like the tracking update, however I haven’t received my product yet. I cannot give a fair and accurate rating. Shipping has taken a very long time. ### ★★★☆☆ It got here quick - Deanna Jovanelly · 2026-07-22 It got here quick, but not what I expected. Hot Wheels aren’t cheap material like whatever this is. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/festivalment.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/festivalment.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
