### ★☆☆☆☆ If I could give it a -5, I would
- Alberto Diamante · 2025-05-16

I bought something and immediately regretted it. I instantly asked to cancel the purchase and they ignored my emails. Instead, they sent me a "thank you for your purchase" note. When the product arrived (a telescopic baton), it was garbage.

SCAM. STAY AWAY.

### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered the 25 inch collapsible baton…
- Elf67 · 2025-04-22

I ordered the 25 inch collapsible baton with hilt and they sent me a regular baton and when I sent them pictures and video as proof. They immediately reply saying absolutely nothing about shipping me the correct item or a full refund but said I have one of two options keep the junk they sent and receive only a partial refund of $5-7 or I had to pay to return ship their error all the way to China thus surpassing the cost I originally spent by 250%!!! They rely on being in China and due to trumps tariffs they have no shipping provided from America to China!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE AND ANY GOOD REVIEW ARE FROM FIIGH

### ★☆☆☆☆ They lie about everything
- Tyson Couch · 2025-03-24

They lie about everything! It won’t close. Looks different, and they don’t follow through with any any guarantees! I wish I could post photos.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Defective and now responsible township back for refund. …
- Jennifer Cernicka · 2025-03-16

Defective and immediately told company we wanted a refund. Now saying we are responsible for return shipping even though it does not say that anywhere. Says 100% satisfaction guaranteed which is bogus

### ★☆☆☆☆ walking telescoping Stick
- Arrow Phone MUD · 2025-03-02

I ordered the walking telescoping stick. It’s nothing like what’s on FB. How does FB even let these companies advertise

### ★☆☆☆☆ Not what you ordered
- ben · 2025-02-28

Ordered an antique style candle holder, what arrived was utter rubbish, not fit for purpose and totally different from the image and video shown.
After the usual suggestion I send it back at twice the cost of the item I was forced to settle for 25% refund.
Total fraudsters do not use this company!

### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered a product from them.
- Greg Pinch · 2025-02-05

I ordered a product from them.
When it arrived it was nothing like the photos on their product page.
I demanded a refund and they said I had to ship the item back to China at my cost. That would have cost more than the product.
I kept demanding a refund and they offered 10% refund and finally a 35% refund.
I did a search on social media only to learn that they stole the product photos from someone.
DO NOT order anything from this fraudulent company.
