FilterEasy

I'm so glad to hear you've enjoyed the service overall, but I'm truly sorry for the experience you've had restarting your subscription. I completely understand your frustration with being charged for a filter you didn't receive and then having to wait for a replacement. I also understand your concerns about seeing a shipping label created with no movement for an extended period of time. Over the past several months, we've experienced some system issues that unfortunately contributed to delays in processing and shipping certain orders. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Comments like yours help us identify where we need to improve, and we're continuing to work toward a better experience for our customers. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right, and we hope to restore your confidence in our service.

I'm sorry to hear your most recent filter didn't arrive in the condition you've come to expect. I understand how frustrating it is to have to trim excess material just to get the filter to fit, especially after being a loyal subscriber for so long. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We've shared feedback like yours with our manufacturing team so they can review the finishing process and help prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your continued support and for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving.
