It took almost a month to receive the order, and the tracking information provided was useless. Once I finally received the order, it was nothing like what was advertised, and it was very poor quality. I reached out to them via email - multiple times - asking for a refund, and they said, “If you want a refund, you need to send the order back to our factory in Southeast Asia, which will require a large shipping fee.” How convenient for them. Not only that the tracking number given doesn't have any updates as far as where the order is or when it’ll arrive but states the date the order was received… I asked customer service for a refund and they responded “Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you. Since your order has not been updated for a long time, we believe that your order has been lost, and we will re-make it and ship it for you. I asked for a refund and offered to return the item if they would cover costs. They kept replying with copy and pasted generic emails, and in between this I’d get a genuine response saying I’d need to post it to an address in Southeast Asia, which will involve me paying in their words “the very high shipping costs”. I’ve gotten nowhere trying to rectify it with them and have since had to escalate this through PayPal to hopefully get a refund.
