I contacted their customer service to find a solution, but they simply told me to wait until they received the package back. They provided me with a tracking number, but the package has now been stuck for almost two months, and I still haven’t received any updates or a resolution. I have repeatedly tried to get answers from customer service, but they keep giving me the same response: "Wait until we receive the package." There is no help or willingness to find a faster solution.
