Instead of delivering to my door as required, the GOFO delivery driver dumped the package on the floor of the lobby, with no delivery notification so I could look for it. Eventually, it wad probably stolen. GOFO won't admit their mistake Fishneo keeps passing the buck back to GOFO, but I didn't hire GOFO - Fishneo did. Constant run around, poor customer service. I think that between Fishneo and GOFO, they are running a Scam. ### ★★★★☆ Good items. Delivery service isn't great. - My Burner · 2026-10-23 I have no issues with the items. The items have awesome designs, they fit well, and are half-decently made. The items are, in short, great. Delivery, however .... leaves a bit to be desired. I had made a smaller order previously and that got to me in pretty good time (like 2 weeks? maybe 3 weeks?). This LARGER order .... took 35 days to get here. Honestly, if you guys can get stuff to me faster, I'm willing to pay extra for shipping. I know stuff takes longer to get here from China but I have a business that orders from a supplier in China and their stuff gets here quickly. Like in a week! Charge me more. I'm ok with it. But get it here. In less than a month! Anyway the fit of the two delivered shirts weren’t right and I requested the instructions to send it back… They didn’t accept that because the shipping fee is to expensive for them. In the meantime I waited for an answer about the missing shirt. I am quite suspicious that they never added it, because the package bag was so tight/small you couldn’t placed a third shirt in. In the end I ended up with 2 out of 3 items. And a 20% refund on the missing shirt, which is also not the deal I made with them. They ensured me 20% on the whole order instead of resending the package back to them. Plus I never got the money for the missing one back. I’ve been in contact with them since July and they refuse to give me a refund. I keep getting offered % off my next purchase which is pointless and I’ll never buying from them again and still they refuse to refund me. I have given them enough chances to make it right. I shall be reporting this In all channels I can until it’s resolved. Complete scam. DO NOT BUY. REPLY/Additional note: the reply below is misleading - as if they innocently did not know of the issue and are “oh so willing” to resolve. Not true. I have now exchanged dozens of emails with “lina719”, Lina1003”, “Doreen0105” etc etc where they repeatedly say “so sorry. We value you. Accept xx% discount on your next order”. I do NOT want a discount. I want my money back. They said they shipped - I had no choice or control over the courier that was chosen by this company, there is no tracking number, no proof, nothing. I receive hundreds of deliveries from all over the world every year as we are a big family and never had issues (or any that couldn’t be resolved). So in the most optimistic and generous instance, this would come down to their choice of “cheap” courier. In the worse case, it’s plain fraud. I paid 100% of the cost (and unfortunately it was a large order or would have moved on with my life!) so have no intention to be happy with a 10% refund. The whole thing is frustrating and ridiculous. So whilst I have to fight this out, to any new customers, avoid the pain and do NOT buy.
