If a card is declined at a specific merchant, usage issues are handled directly by the card provider. Our rewards are issued through Tremendous, and their support team can assist with merchant-specific declines or usage questions.

For this program in particular you must be residing in the UK so we're not quite sure where wires got crossed if you are seeing a message indicating you need to be in the United States as that is not accurate.
