Great Tool for Real Estate Listing Presentations

We’ve been using FLIPHTML5 at the Cynthia Ostos Real Estate Team to create professional flip books for our property listings, and it has been a great addition to our marketing. The platform is easy to use, visually appealing, and allows us to showcase homes in a much more engaging way for our clients. We love being able to turn our listing presentations and marketing materials into interactive digital flip books that feel polished and modern. It has helped elevate the way we present properties and gives our clients a more premium experience. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the platform and continue to use it regularly for our listings and client presentations.

FlipHTML5 is the way to go, take it from me, an old pro...

I used the Issuu platform for over 10 years and perhaps 100 magazines. During the last two years things started going wrong, videos not playing on the Chrome browser, the loading page being askew, etc. When you wrote in they responded with a form letter letting you know they were working on it. They never did and it never got fixed. Then I met FlipHTML5 by chance when visiting a client. I looked into this software and decided to give it a try. Not only did it work perfectly but they also offered a slew of choices when working on Mobile that Issuu never did. And the Customer Service with Flip...it's fantastic. You actually get to speak to a real live technician who imparts great advise to any problems you might encounter. I am slowly moving my 100 magazines over to this platform from Issuu. It is a ton of work but FlipHTML5 makes it worth it. A big thank you to CHOCO who is always ready with great advice and knowledge. IF you are going to do digital magazines, look no further. You found it. This coming from an old pro of them. (ALSO - AN ADDED BENEFIT) the cost is far less expensive than ISSUU

I’ve been using FlipHTML5 for over a year now, and it has been an excellent platform for creating and sharing digital flipbooks. The interface is user-friendly, the features are great, and it consistently delivers professional, polished results. What truly stands out, though, is their customer support. Mischa was incredibly helpful—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving my questions quickly and efficiently. Overall, a reliable and high-quality platform that I would absolutely recommend!

Hard to find a service/product/app that has both good performance and excellent customer service, but FlipHTML5 is one of them. I'm very old and I miss the days of print magazines. FlipHTML5 allows me to incorporate currently accepted interactivity into a familiar magazine-style experience. Like the sci-fi versions of magazines from countless films and TV shows, the product allows for a creatively laid-out magazine flip-feel while providing multiple options for interactivity. And it all feels organic. For customer service, I dealt directly with them on tailoring upgrades that worked with my current business situation, so I did not feel "locked out" of opportunities to grow the features within my projects. Print may never be what it was, but maybe it got better - FlipHTML5 made it happen. (And honestly - as much as I love what they do, it pains me - only a little bit - to let this "secret" out ;) )

My website is very important to me , as it a spititually based book containing Sufi wisdom. I tried other flipbook sties and found them lacking in quality, especially clarity when zooming. FlipHTML5 not only looks amazing but is so easy to use. The tech'support is second to none, especially Mischa, who has such a friendly personal approach.
