The pictures are beautiful when…

The pictures are beautiful when finished however my first picture did not have enough diamonds of one colour and after several emails with no response I had to use the other colours to finish. My second picture, after waiting a month to get was not the picture I ordered but I did it anyway. I sent an email regarding this but am still waiting a response.

Dear Kathy, Thank you for sharing your opinion. :) We just check our support system. There are some emails from you about the parcel delivery instead of the lack of beads. So we are afraid that you may send it to some wrong email address. If possible, could you please drop an email to "[email protected]" again? Sincerely, FloatingStyles

Good Service

The drills were all the correct size, as compared to some of the other companies!

Floatingstyles 回复2020-02-10

Dear Crystal, Thanks for your review. We tested different ways to make the beads. And we also left some space for the beads to align better. Sincerely, FloatingStyles
