This site is a total scam they sent me the complete wrong item I had to wait a month or more to get just for them to ignore me and try to make a deal with me. I paid full price for my item it wasn’t on sell and I paid for shipping yet the company only offered me 20% of my money back and still wanted to take out for shipping this is the worst company EVER. This appears to be a scam company. They have no problem taking your money but not willing to acknowledge your request for assistance. Obviously located in Asia, perpetrating as a US based company. The sizes are way off and then they want you to pay for a return to China. They also only allow return for 15 days so they become really unresponsive in between emails so you run out of time. It cost more than the bra to return it to them. I filed a chargeback through my credit card company. I had the emails showing that they only responded every few days and would ask more questions about returning vs helping me actually making a return. I'm doing the specific steps that their website says to do when wanting to do a return. Every time I try to send an email to floryshoes.com, I get a message sent to me saying , the message/email cannot be delivered due to the recipients settings. This infuriates me . I have 4 items that i need to return due to them being very poorly made and the sizing was very inaccurate. Their website states that for a return , the customer needs to email them 1st saying theyd like to do a return, then they'll send you an address, where to send your return to. Any company who isn't upfront and honest from the beginning regarding a phone number & physical address is very sketchy and questionable.
