Flowers are not fresh

Flowers are not fresh. They were delivered timely within hours though.

Complaining.

I bought chocolates only to be delivered in a sunday. It wasn´t. Later when I bought flowers to be deliverd, I discovered that chocolates weren´t delivered because you don´t deliver only chocolates. So, the SAC emailed me explaining. It´s okay, then flowers and chocolates were delivered. The cards. It was to be delivered with 2 cards but they only delivered one card, written in english, but the words were too bad that nobody could understand. I use yours services but this time the service was bad and it isn´t cheap.

Beautiful flowers but disappointing delivery time.

The flowers were beautiful and fresh. Morning delivery was requested. However, my sister was not able to go out for breakfast until the delivery was eventually made at 11:30 am. Last year's delivery time was good, The flowers were delivered at 9:30 am.
