I get no responses from emails and there are no updates on my order after me asking them three days in a row. These are important items. Again, I can wait but I just wanna know how long it can take. If it'll take three weeks (or idk how long), at least I'd be able to make alternative solutions (such as buy from somewhere else, cancel, etc) according to the time period.
